our referral programme explained
To participate in our referral scheme, you must:
- Be aged 18 or over.
- Be a new customer of Bennison Brown.
- Have not claimed any other promotion, offer or discount offered by Bennison Brown, unless otherwise stated by Bennison Brown.
- Meet the minimum qualifying mortgage amount size of £140,000 in order to participate in scheme.
The vouchers will be sent to both parties via your email addresses within 60 days of the referee’s mortgage completing.
Instructions for the referral
In order to qualify as a referrer, you will need to be an existing customer yourself. You should have received your customer number and referral link from us in an email. If not, please request your code by emailing:
When referring a friend, provide them with your customer number so we know you have referred them.
Ensure they understand that they must either provide us with the number when contacting us, or submit an enquiry via the referral link.

Instructions for the referee
Your referrer will have provided you with either their customer number or a referral link.
- If you submit an enquiry via the referral link, we will automatically receive the customer number, and you do not need to do anything else.
- If you are enquiring over the phone, you can provide us with the customer number on the call.
- If you are contacting us through another method, for example email, please ensure you are including the customer number in your message.
